Once you are subscribed to Status Saver, your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle, and you will be charged the corresponding subscription fee. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the current cycle ends.
You can get a refund of your initial payment within 48 hours by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that the refund only applies to the initial payment made no more than 48 hours before the refund request.
If you cancel your subscription after it has renewed, we cannot offer a refund, unless the applicable law requires it.
You can easily cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Please note that you can cancel automatic payments via PayPal by going to “Settings” within your account or by reaching out to us at [email protected].
